Take a Deep Breath on a Bad Day and Continue with a Smile
Sometimes there are more bad days in a week than good.
Then it is very important to have everything under control, so You will not be influenced and make mistakes because of this.
Because problems are not good for the nerves and can causing us into a negative spiral.
No more have the extraordinary impression for everything and no longer will give compliments or congratulations for someone that has done something good.
We have lose our own objective and on that point we are not friendly to everybody around us.
Take a deep breath on these bad days with a sigh and take the initiatives to laugh so that others can see the same smile from You before.
Because we cannot buy a smile but we can first take a deep breath and deliver our smiling face to others.
It will also give a different impression to others that You let them to smile back on You.
